Terms and Conditions for WP Support BC

Welcome to WP Support BC. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our services.

1. Services

WP Support BC provides website hosting, WordPress maintenance, development, and related IT services. The scope of services may be updated or modified at any time without notice.

2. Account Registration

  • To access our services, you may need to register an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

3. Payments and Billing

  • Services are billed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

  • Payment must be made in advance for all hosting, maintenance, or development services.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for late or unpaid invoices.

  • Recurring subscription fees (e.g., monthly hosting) will be automatically charged until canceled.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host or distribute illegal, harmful, or abusive content.

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam).

  • Violate intellectual property rights.

  • Launch or facilitate DDoS attacks, malware distribution, or other malicious activities.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Backups and Data

  • We maintain backups as part of our hosting and maintenance services.

  • However, WP Support BC does not guarantee that backups will always be available or error-free.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own copies of important data.

6. Service Availability

  • We strive to provide reliable uptime and performance.

  • However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for downtime, outages, or service interruptions beyond our control.

7. Limitation of Liability

WP Support BC is not liable for:

  • Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

  • Damages caused by third-party software, plugins, or integrations.

  • Security incidents resulting from customer mismanagement of credentials or configurations.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.

8. Termination

  • You may cancel your services at any time by contacting us.

  • WP Support BC may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

  • Prepaid fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://www.wpsupportbc.ca/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be handled in the courts of British Columbia.
